buzzing

dont no if anyone can help i use winamp and sound solutions i brought a new mixer today plugged it in and i get a loud buzzing like a hum on the computer when you drive audio into it it goes but as soon as its low or at low point in the song it get louder it sounded like a earth problem but its brand new i had this problem before with my monitor speakers as soon as i un pluged them it went can anyone help cus when im tx its picked up and you can hear it can i get a program or something to remove it
