Not bad day today here...

For those who cant get BCMR - it doesnt play the general pirate fare and is very varied in style. Not quite sure what market they are aiming it at but its very 'you have no idea what is coming next'. Some songs i heard tonight were Life In A Northern Town (Dream Academy), You're So Vain (Carly Simon), Fireflies (Owl City), Footsteps Following Me (Frances Nero), Ma Baker (Boney M), Stacey's Mom (Fountains Of Wayne), You Should Be Dancing (Bee Gees), Am I The Same Girl (Swing Out Sister), Crocodile Rock (Elton John), Last Train To Clarkesville (The Monkeys). Currently playing Closer (Ne-Yo)

went to a hill called Mow Cop which is exactly on the border of staffordshire/cheshire on sunday for a pub lunch, weather must have killed reception because it used to be a good spot, wonder if the car radio is being de-sensitised by new services on the radio mast, probably

took the scanner in the pub and heard Holland 91.4 for a few minutes @ midday ahead of another bad weather front moving through, by the time we'd eaten and gone back to the car to do the pirate scan it was P*ssing down
