spotted today a twin stack dipole on bond wolfe building west brom.. is got to be a legal station,, nice install, any ideas...

As Mike says, it is Raaj FM, they might have changed their aerial's of late to give better coverage etc, but it is the same station regardless of aerials on the roof.
