Yup they have. Although its now nearly 7pm on the 12th (the day they were supposed to launch) and no sign on the Big City Radio website of a stream...

It appears to be a rebrand of the Big City Gold stream according to the Gold page on the website. They are still annoucing Big City Radio on it though and the sound quality is worse than any pirate ive heard in recent year..
