Really didn't get out this year, was just barely putting the RDS up about two miles from the airport earlier.

I didn't check at home this year but it's usually poor.
Do we know their power output? Their location is basically in a bowl, only north on the A41 is it 'relatively' flat. It's a good climb to Shifnal, Wolves, Bishops Wood is a bitch of a climb. Even to Albrighton which is next door is an incline. So I guess they do OK with what they've got, anything outside of the base is good for promotion (if they ever need it).

It used to be 25W, but I'm not sure about this year.

The aerial used to be on top of the tallest building on the site. If they've put it anywhere lower you've got no chance.

I was about a mile from the airport with clear line of sight and it was still weak! Some long periods of dead air and out of sync with what was going on. Wonder if many actually listen?
